Airgas is preparing to change our assigned distribution plant to a smaller plant, which will have many negative outcomes. With this change, our longtime Airgas driver Sebastian, who brings 10 years of experience with us, professionalism, and customer service, will also be switched to a different route and would not deliver to our locations any longer.

The smaller distribution plant in Waterford has reduced capabilities compared to Cheshire.  The Waterford plant itself is supplied mainly from Cheshire, our current plant.  Cheshire produces a fair number of products and mixtures on site, making direct distribution to us more preferable. Switching the distribution center will result in increased lead-times for deliveries, more opportunities for delivery errors by an inexperienced driver, and increased backorders of crucial products.

Sebastian has always brought attention to detail and personalized care to our gas-service needs that is unmatched and unable to be replaced for our business requirements. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and solved, putting in extra effort to solve distribution problems before they start.  He cares about doing an excellent job and it always shows.

Please sign this petition and help us to convince Airgas that we DO NOT approve of this change, and we wish to keep Sebastian servicing our businesses out of the Cheshire distribution plant (the largest Airgas plant in CT) which is best for us as customers.
