The Issue

Many of us have booked flights with AirAsia and have been unable to travel due to the COVID19 pandemic. This petition is for AirAsia customers who have lodged a case and are eligible for a refund, but have not received the sum owed to them.

AirAsia has been unresponsive beyond the chatbot on their website that redirects customers to "my fellow AllStar" with arbitrary estimated waiting times leading to no customer service representative in sight after more than 6 hours. Social media such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram has offered customers no recourse either.

We will not accept credits and we want our money back. Let us gather for this appeal and if necessary, we shall get the support of an attorney to sue AirAsia together.
