On Thursday, September 30, I took a plane from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with final destination Frankfurt, Germany (booking reference VQLQOV).
On Friday, October 1, I arrived in Frankfurt and Air France informed me that one of my bags was missing but they would send it to my home in Erfurt, Germany, on Monday, October 4. Unfortunately that never happened.
In that suitcase, I have things that I urgently need: clothes, warm clothes, footwear, personal hygiene items, etc. This is more serious considering that in Germany the cold days are coming, so I need my coat with special urgency.
On the other hand, the suitcase that they returned to me in Frankfurt came seriously damaged. That suitcase was perfectly new and in fact had been a gift from a relative on the occasion of this trip.
I have already filed complaints on the Air France page, made phone calls, sent messages on social networks (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc.) and I have never received a satisfactory response. And the worst thing is that 10 days have passed and I still do not have my luggage.
Please, I request that my luggage be returned to me urgently and that the suitcase that was broken be replaced.
