On May 9 2021, 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey went missing on Mother’s Day after her mother reported her missing for failing to return home the night before.

Shortly after Tristyn was reported missing, her body was found by investigators in nearby woods close to where murderer Aiden Fucci’s house was approximately 1.1 km away.

Forensic investigators later, concurred with an autopsy report that Tristan suffered 114 stab wounds to her body. In addition to her 49 defensive wounds , and lacerations on her right arm.

Aiden Fucci committed premeditated murder in the first degree and took the life of 13 year old Tristyn Bailey. He is a disturbing individual who later after being arrested by police on suspicion to Bailey’s murder due to video camera footage. He proceeds to take out his phone in the back of the cop, car and post pictures all over social media asking if anyone has seen Tristyn.

 

In addition, Aidan’s mother should also receive a life in prison for failing to report a crime, and obstruction of justice, along with being an accomplice to her sons, cold-blooded murder.

Aidan was described by many of his friends and other witness testimony’s as a troubled individual who is numb and emotionless and fantasized about killing someone. In fact, he would tell his friends exactly how he would do it and where, and on May 9, 2021 he brought his fantasy to life.

 

Aidan was 14 at the time he committed the crime, although the US Supreme Court ruled in 2005, that if a person commits a crime under the age of 18, they are exempt from the death penalty. Aidan is now 16 years old. he continues to remain a violent offender, including within the prison he is known as a bully for terrorizing other inmates. Recidivism is not an enough for such a violent, gruesome and disturbing crime to be committed at such a young age.

We the people, the true believers and defenders of justice, human life, and enforcing the rule of law; petition for Aiden Fucci to be kept in federal solitary prison, until he is 18 years old, and can receive the death penalty for his crimes.
