I send a parcel from triplicane office on Friday 05/06/2020 to nagore with parcel weight 7.800

But recepient received the weight  of 6.600 only.
1kg A2b Mysore pak missed in that parcel. 

Totaly we packed in brown tape. When recipient received with parcel its been covered with white tape and with pin he tapped by culprit.

Im wondering that by hierarchy we are sending the parcel by birth in professional couries, this is the first incident I saw. I'll never sent from now  and will share to other member and collegues too.

When we sending the courier you are checking the weight and other details. Why the same scenario receiving hub not  following? 
If wait loss while check why you missed to follow. If you checked why the delivery person not fulfill his job.

Do the needful.
Totally you were loss the customer if this kind of incident you were not looking seriously.

Fyi: Nagore professional courier incharge I spoked with him over phone, he accepted the weight loss and don't know where the incident happen.

Again I called Nagapattinam hub incharge Rajasekar I explained the all incident. He asked us to call the recipient person. Recipient person spoked with Rajasekar over phone. Rajasekar said to recipient that this will not happen again. If happen I'm sure that taking action against culprit.

Useless person Rajasekar from Nagapattinam incharge how they conveying his accuracy. 

I'm definitely saying professional courier will change in future if not action against person recover our item. The name will change it as unprofessional courier.
