The Goal is to help create a Global Fund of the People ,by the People, for Global Citizens to create Instantaneous Kelp Forests ,in the cheapest of ways,so that kelp species like the " Giant Kelp that in ideal conditions, can grow up to two feet a day, grow rates of 10 to 12 inches are common for a day.Kelp has the ability to absorb Atomic Radiation,as well as attract bacteria, pollution, chemical's, unbalanced minerals.The Goal is not to compete with Kelp Farmers of the World, but to have the goal of aiding Nature's Life Cycles, where these Instantaneous Kelp Forests are used to lock up these pollutants and contaminants, of which shall be monitored, to established the best peaked absorption time , when some of these Kelp Forests shall be removed and chopped up, to be taken out to sea, and placed in chossen deep water current loops ,that will take the " Dice up Kelp ,along with the contaminants ,to form Ocean Snow ,that is placed in such away as to allow the deposits of these contaminants to settle on billions of years ,of hot spots of sediment clay mud.Here it will be purified by the natural " Radiation of these Ocean Mud areas". Many of the contaminates will be neutralise, due to the high Calcite and Dolomite, which both contain Calcium and many variants of "Lime" and "Sulphur ".
