CUSTOMERS AFFECTED BY STRIKE MUST BE REFUNDED IN FULL BY ALL BUS COMPANIES INCLUDING APN
The customers who are affected by strike must be refunded a full refund just like other operators who refund customers APM must do the same.
IT is the violation for Consumer Protection Act not to refund the customers where services have not been rendered.
APM is violating the rights of customers by not refunding them. Otherwise if APM does not want to refund customer , customers must be made aware of their non-refund policy so that they can chose other operators that can provide the refund.
The customer is the king and APM should understand this and should start to treat customers with the dignity they deserve.
The call center agents are not very helpful when customers phone asking for refunds , many customers don’t earn a lot of money , for a customer to be told that he/she will be given a voucher when the customers does’t not have the money its not fair , it is the violation of human rights.
The customers don’t want vouchers , they need refund , it is not the fault of the customers that there is a strike therefore customers must not be punished for the sins that they didn't commit .
