Hi everyone,

In my role as a consultant, I’ve been hearing and seeing ongoing concerns from providers—especially in the Lynnwood area—around how they are being treated and supported.

Some of what’s been shared includes:

- Being forced to keep residents despite safety concerns  

- Feeling dismissed when requesting significant change assessments  

- Lack of support when care needs increase  

- Disrespectful communication, and in some cases treatment that providers have experienced as discriminatory or verbally inappropriate  

I’ve created a petition to bring these concerns forward in a professional and unified way.
