In this petition, the affected people are the students at PNHS-Baclaran. They are affected by the petition in a way because, the petition concern about the thoughts of students regarding the pricing of foods in the canteen. On whether they think the price is reasonable for the servings and quality of the foods sells in the canteen.

As for the approval of this petition or if this petition is granted. The thoughts and opinions of students that will be known can be use for better change and improvement of the pricing of foods. It will be more favorable to those students who are in short of money to afford the high pricing . Conducting a petition addressing the high prices in PNHS-Baclaran canteen has the potential to instigate positive change.
