Most of the welding industry experiences such waste concerning consuming electrodes and most of the electrodes have been wasted during welding. In fact, it involves the staff inside the industry. This petition involves finding the ways on the electrodes wasted. The electrode can be the most effective material in terms of joining metals for industry purposes. When molten metal is exposed to air, it absorbs oxygen and nitrogen, which causes it to become brittle or otherwise deteriorate. To protect molten or solidified weld metal from the environment, a slag cover is required. The electrode coating can be used to create this cover. The usability of the welding electrode coating, as well as the composition of the deposited weld metal and the electrode specification, are all determined by its composition (Weldgru, 2021). Most of the welding electrodes have been wasted after the welding process, the reason why this petition was written is that the natural use in the electrode is also wasted.

The solution needed to solve this problem is the distributors of welding electrodes must also, collect the waste materials from the electrodes and find a way to recycle it, such as to melt the metal and fuse it with other wasted materials with coated fluxes that can be used again or making the wasted materials to make art out from it.

From my experience, we encounter such difficulties concerning solving the wasted electrode, it either to dispose of it or where to place the waste materials. It cost much more time in placing the wasted electrode into a convenient place, mostly the wasted metals are disposed of by segregation then crushed and compressed by a heavy object. After was reform by the means of heat or any machine that makes the wasted metals into a new product. 

More likely, this helps our environment especially in concern on preventing pollution such as metal pollution which may contribute to the metal emission to the air. According to Briffa et al. (2020), some metals have an effect on biological role and growth, while others accumulate in one or more organs, causing a variety of dangerous disorders such as cancer.
