"AEP Rate Increases"

We the people of Southwest Virginia respectfully request your support and intercession concerning the recent/future rate increases of (AEP) Appalachian Electric Power.

While AEP continues to report substantial quarterly profits, the families of S.W.V.A. are faced with the burdensome decision of choosing to pay their outrageous electric bills OR do without daily personal needs. These needs include but are not limited to food, clothing,medications and doctor visits.

We the undersigned,  are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to OPPOSE ALL present/ future rate increases including fuel factor, and other add-ons to customers monthly bills. 

We the people demand that AEP be held accountable for supplying a fair rate for ONLY what we USE and not being charged for ALL of AEP's overhead cost including their infrastructure.
