As a victim of the unjust justice system, I have personally experienced the heartbreak and frustration of being wrongfully accused of child abuse without substantial evidence or any evidence to show at all. 

This experience has not only affected me but countless other parents who are fighting for their children's custody from the department of child safety services Queensland who themself make up allegations without evidence.

However, research indicates that a significant number of these accusations are always ignored, but in most cases the child is removed for long periods of time by the department who refuse to work with the willing an able parents.

 While it is crucial to protect our children from harm, it is equally important to ensure that innocent parents are not wrongfully accused and separated from their children based on baseless allegations and biases opinions.

This petition aims to advocate for fair investigation procedures in cases involving accusations of child abuse and neglect and to have proper education and training to uphold the rights of children and parents who are wrongfully accused and treated like garbage.

 We call upon lawmakers and relevant authorities to establish clear guidelines that ensure all investigations are conducted thoroughly, impartially, and with respect for the rights and reputations of all involved parties.
