Assalamualaikum. This petition stems from a personal experience where I, as a Change.org user, found it challenging to decipher the instructions provided for creating petitions. It is crucial that the guidelines given are clear and concise to ensure that all users can effectively communicate their causes and gather support.

According to a study by Nielsen Norman Group, unclear instructions can lead to up to 47% decrease in task completion rates (Nielsen Norman Group, 2017). This statistic highlights the importance of clear communication not only for petition creators but also for potential supporters who may be deterred by confusing content.

In light of this issue, we are calling on Change.org administrators to review and improve their instruction provision process. We believe that with clearer guidelines, more people will be able to successfully advocate for their causes and effect real change in our communities.
