This is a heartfelt plea to every citizen of Telangana and the public at large, calling for the recognition of Acharya Konda Laxman Bapuji's dedication and tireless efforts in the fight for Telangana. Bapuji's life is a testament to unwavering courage and sacrifice. He gave up his cabinet ministry position, halted his political career, and dedicated his entire personal life, including his residence, for the cause of Telangana. He carried his unwavering commitment and passion for the state until his last breath. Even his family has suffered along with him, a mark of undying commitment for our cause.

• Born on September 27 1915 in Wankidi a remote village in Adilabad.
• In 1931 Mahatma Gandhi Darshan and
• participated in freedom fighting, first time arrested  in 1938.
• Fought against ruthless Nizam’s rule and exploded bomb in 1947.
• initiated societies for community growth. 
• 1960, 1st cabinet ministery. And won as MLA for 5 terms. And,
• Observing injustice & discrimination towards Telangana by Andhra leaders, Resigned his ministery in 1969 to start and flare up Telangana movement to achieve separate state. He is the first man to begin this revolution and took a pledge to devote his entire life for the cause and sacrificed his political career, personal life, entire life residence and family for Telangana..
  
  Acharya Konda Laxman Bapuji is not just a name; he is a symbol of bravery, selflessness, and relentless endurance. He stands as a towering figure in the history of Telangana, deserving of being named "Telangana Jathipitha". It is not just essential for us, the citizens of Telangana to know him and recall his large-scale contributions, but it is critical for newer generations to be aware of his significance and the sacrifice he stood for. This recognition will serve as an important milestone in our history and a beacon of inspiration for generations to come.
  
  So, let us come together, honour his legacy, and spread the word. Let us advocate for Acharya Konda Laxman Bapuji to be entitled as “Telangana Jathipitha”, as a fitting tribute to a great leader who has given everything to Telangana.
