Different states and union territories of India are advanced in technology because they prioritize computer literacy in their schools and they recruit regular computer teachers. But in odisha only traditional courses are provided. They are not focused and notwithstanding computer education.
Recommendation of NEP 2020
NEP mandates that technological infrastructure be constantly upgraded and set up across India.

Curricular Integration of Essential Subjects, Skills, and Capacities
- vocational exposure and skills; digital literacy, coding, and computational thinking.
- Concerted curricular and pedagogical initiatives, including the introduction of contemporary subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking.
Scenario of Odisha
There are numerous 5T school in odisha, but there is no computer education and no computer teacher.
Before election 2024, Odisha Government published a notification via OCAC for recruiting Computer assistants besides computer teacher in Secondary school under S &ME department, Government of odisha in outsourcing basis.

Appeal for Computer Education and computer teacher in Odisha's 5T Schools
We urge the government to provide computer teachers in 5T schools to ensure digital literacy and bridge the education gap. Investing in this essential aspect will empower students and propel Odisha towards a tech-savvy future. Act now for equitable education.
So here, we apeal against the outsourcing recruitment of computer teacher and appoint regular computer teacher(TGT/PGT) with essential qualification (Graduation/ Post Graduation).
