Equality for ALL

We recognize that discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity continues to harm many individuals, leading to inequality in employment, housing, healthcare, and safety. Individuals who recognized themselves as the gender they want to recognized themselves often receives discrimination, violence, and social stigma, which limits their access to basic rights and opportunities. 

We recognized the unjust treatment for people from LGBTQ+ Community and we decided to make a change. Wherever they go indivuals should feel safe and confident with their gender expressions. We should give them the freedom to be who they want to be. We should provide a fair and equal opportunities for everyone  in accessing basic social services, opportunities, healthcare, protection, and justice.

To address this issue, we should implent laws like SOGIE Bill to promote awareness and education through programs addressing the discrimination for LGBTQ+ community member. We should support mental health services designed for the community and encourage inclusivity in workplaces with diversity training. We should strengthen support networks through community organizations, and enhancing reporting mechanisms for discrimination and hate crimes to ensure accountability and justice.
