We, the students of the PBM strand, call for a stronger focus on advanced maritime training and its proper execution. Many of us feel that while we learn theories in class, we are not fully prepared for the real challenges of maritime work. Without proper hands-on training and advanced skills development, our future as seafarers becomes uncertain.

We believe that training should not only exist in name but must be carried out effectively. Poorly planned activities, lack of equipment, and rushed sessions do not help us gain the knowledge and confidence we need. We ask for better supervision, updated training methods, and facilities that truly prepare us for life at sea. Proper execution of these programs will give us the chance to grow as competent and disciplined professionals.
