People of the Philippines! If you TRULY care about your health, the health of your children, family and others, and the health of our environment please join this page and unite! We must actively work together to effectively BAN the burning of garbage nationwide. It is ALREADY illegal to perform open-waste burning and yet this law is not being seriously enforced.

Ignorant/uneducated Filipinos continue to burn their garbage mindlessly without considering the rights of others to have fresh, clean air. We the people should put an end to this deleterious medieval activity through imposed penalties and physically forceful measures, just like what is now being done with the current plastic and smoking bans in some parts of the country. If you see a neighbor starting to burn in your area, kindly ask them to put it out and stop doing it.
