This is a petition to reopen the walkway between Oval Road and Stella Road Tipton. On the 26th July 2018 Sandwell Council made the decision to close the walkway. This has made the walk to the town centre from 5 - 10 minutes to 20 - 30 Minutes with older or disabled people especially affected as well as children going to school and people getting to the train and bus routes. The walkway has been open for at least 70 years and the council have closed it with no consultation with residents.
