A thank you to the neighbour for pressing for action with the MP. I hope these efforts do actually finally produce a result.
“It is necessary for a number of surveys to be carried out to ensure the areas in scope are aligned to the title deeds."
It concerns me that after 12+ years that this information is still not known. I predict that if I give it another year, we will be no further forward.

Subject: A response from Rachel Maclean MP
Dear xxxx,
Further to my previous email to you, I wanted to share with you an update I’ve received from Persimmon on this issue.
“A meeting has taken place between Persimmon Homes and Redditch Borough Council and this matter is now being progressed.
“It is necessary for a number of surveys to be carried out to ensure the areas in scope are aligned to the title deeds.
“Once completed, both parties will be in a position to move this forward as a matter of priority.”
I know Cllr Lucy Harrison has been working tirelessly on resolving issue and I will continue to work with her to ensure the Borough Council finally receives the monies it is owed.
Kind regards,
Rachel Maclean MP
