Following the response from Persimmon that I sent to you back in July, I have asked Persimmon for a further update and to establish if they have met with Redditch Borough Council as they promised to do so in their letter.
 
I am also meeting with Redditch Borough Council this Friday and I will ask what progress has been made in resolving the Section 106 monies that Persimmon still owes the Borough Council
 
I can assure you that I am determined to help resolve this situation once and for all.
