University of Oregon has the letter "O" hand symbol

The Texas Longhorns have "Horns Up" hand gesture

We don't have a universal symbol like this yet so let's compete with other big schools by creating one.  Just compress your three fingers together and make a circle in order to form a "b" symbol.
