Its been brought to my attention multiple times now that the Femboy Discord Server allowing minors to join and be active makes it difficult and awkward for older people (18+). Constantly having to check yourself and what you say in a community that is oversexualized and often times "racy" at its core is making being a part of said community rather tedious for many members. 

1. No NSFW content, and no sexual conduct. This includes gore, pornography, and overtly sexual discussion. memes is more lax on this rule, but still isn't a place to post porn or talk about sex.
2. This is an 18+ server, despite being SFW. This is for the protection of minors.

It also does not help matters that the rules are inherently contradictory. We advertise as an 18+ server, yet that's for the protection of minors? This does not track. We're either an open community that allows everyone or we're an 18+ community that only allows people of age. Having both is leading to more problems than is necessary and is restrictive beyond what many feel is reasonable. 

In short, I'm arguing that adults on the server find it awkward having to talk to underaged people on a server advertised as 18+, but isn't actually 18+.
I believe choosing between being a strictly 18+ SFW server will allow for more casual conversations and interactions to happen. People will feel less shackled and more at ease knowing they are around peers their own age. It will also allow some relaxing of the more stringent rules regarding NSFW talk. 

TD;DR: Are we an Open Community where everyone is allowed to join and communicate or are we an 18+ Community where it's understood we're all adults. Trying to have it both ways doesn't seem to be working.
