Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology, Chikkamagalore, Karnataka has organised One week Faculty Development Program ( Onw week FDP) from 19th October 2020 to 23rd October 2020. I have attended the program, second day i.e., 20th October 2020, I have sent feedback to the organisers through WhatsApp. 

During the live program they have spoken badly about me and about my comments. They tried to collect my personal information. I have recorded the same. I also shared same thing in Facebook and also brought to the Principal and The Director. 

After that, they have deleted that complete video (which is of 1.57 hours). They also disabled comments for their videos. 

Now my questions is that,

1. If Academicians are not willing to accept critics or comments then why should they send feedback form?

2. Either they should accept or reject, but why they have spoken badly about the participant (Targeted personally)

3. After complaining to the Principal, Director, nothing moved, it shows they do not care about our views.
