Romilly House was previously a beautiful boarding house with an amazing view and exterior. But it’s disgraceful to see Rudi Bodonyi (who is around 94 years of age) let this place be run down. Romilly House COULD be a beautiful hotel, restaurant, Fringe Venue and so much more! Who wouldn’t want to stay in a beautiful old building in such a perfect location? 

Residents were paying $200 a week before the hotel was shut down due to a Cockroach infestation and was deemed “unliveable”. 

This beautiful building has been left to ROT and NOBODY has done ANYTHING about it! Whilst the inside might not be saveable, the exterior can be, if change is made BEFORE ITS TOO LATE! 

NOBODY wants to drive past and see a depressing, run down building like this one.
