More than 500 families have invested in Aldo Estate and the growing Fraser Rise community based on the promise of quality parks, open spaces, sporting facilities and community infrastructure.

Years later, many of these key community assets remain unfinished or undelivered.

Residents were encouraged to purchase homes in a community promoted as featuring parkland, playgrounds, a dog park, BBQ facilities and recreational spaces. These amenities were presented as an important part of the lifestyle and community that families could expect when choosing to live in Aldo Estate.

Instead, residents continue to live alongside unfinished land, ongoing delays, rubbish dumping, safety concerns and a lack of clear information about when promised facilities will be delivered.

The delays are affecting the mental health of families, children and the broader community. The absence of local parks and recreational spaces limits opportunities for outdoor activity, community connection and healthy lifestyles. Residents are also concerned about the lack of progress on the proposed sports grounds and community facilities for Fraser Rise, despite previous announcements regarding funding and development.

We are not asking for anything new. We are simply asking for the delivery of the community infrastructure that was promoted and expected when residents chose to invest in Aldo Estate and Fraser Rise.

We Call On Livv Developments, Melton City Council, Melbourne Water and Relevant Government Representatives To:

✅ Provide a clear and publicly available timeline for completion of all outstanding park, landscaping and community infrastructure works.

✅ Deliver the promised parks, playgrounds, dog park, sporting facilities and community amenities.

✅ Address rubbish dumping, safety concerns and environmental issues throughout the estate.

✅ Improve transparency by providing regular public updates on project progress and causes of delay.

✅ Ensure meaningful consultation with residents and hold responsible parties accountable for delivering these long-overdue community assets.
