Many households are struggling with the rising expenses of daily life, and the additional financial burden is leading to increased stress and anxiety among residents. It is evident that access to a consistent and affordable water supply should be a priority, considering its critical role in health, hygiene, and overall quality of life.

Despite repeated grievances, the lack of resolution has left residents desperate and concerned for their welfare. Statistics show that water scarcity not only impacts physical health due to hygiene challenges but also affects mental health due to the stress of uncertainty and financial strain. The families of Rajaji Nagar, Mookandapalli, deserve immediate relief from this ongoing crisis.

We therefore call upon the Hosur Municipality and the Government of Tamil Nadu to take swift and deliberate action to restore a regular and reliable water supply to Rajaji Nagar. Solutions could involve:

• Infrastructure improvements to ensure sustainable distribution.
• Alternative water sources such as borewells or treated water connections.
• Fair pricing agreements with tanker suppliers to prevent exploitation.
