Following my distressing experience which I'm sharing, it has come to notice that there are numerous cases similar to mine. I, like many other proud owners, bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in March 2022 spending a hefty ₹1,20,000. However, after nearly three gratifying years of use, the phone unexpectedly developed a thin green line on the display after the recent One UI 7 update and subsequently, the motherboard failed, rendering the phone useless.

This issue is not just a one-off incident but a widespread problem affecting many users globally, tarnishing Samsung's reputation endlessly. Samsung has always been known for its top-tier technology and customer service, but this Update Failure Issue has raised concerns among all its loyal users.

We urge Samsung to acknowledge this widespread issue promptly, conduct a thorough investigation into the causes, and provide a comprehensive solution or compensation to affected S22 Ultra owners. This matter is not just about a malfunctioning device; it's about preserving the trust that millions of customers have in the brand.
