We cannot witness a tragedy unfold without voicing our concerns. We speak out today because of our concern for the innocent civilians in Gaza. We believe that our representatives should mirror our compassion and take firm actions.
There is an urgent need to increase humanitarian aid in the impoverished Gaza Strip, which has long been under blockade. Over 39,000 innocent civilians have been murdered by Israel and over 90,000 injured after October 7th. In addition, we'd like to invite a conversation about our nation's external funding policies. Our petition asks for a thorough examination and reconsideration of our continuous monetary support to Israel. It's important to question our involvement, especially while their actions are causing harm to the civilians in Gaza.

Lastly, we plead for a formal condemnation of the genocide in Gaza, considering the escalating death toll and the destruction of the Gaza strip .
