Our neighborhood on Plattenburg St in Winchester is in a state of distress. We are parents, caregivers, and community members who have witnessed firsthand the negative impact that drug dealing and exposure have on our children. Two specific addresses on Plattenburg St have become hubs for illicit drug activity, posing great danger to our families. Our calls to the Winchester Police Department have seemingly fallen on deaf ears; despite our repeated attempts to alert them to this pressing issue, their presence on our street is insufficient, and the problem persists.
