I am reaching out to you all as a resident of Sobrato family living center in Santa Clara, California, with a personal and urgent concern in my local neighborhood. One of the tenants in our community has been causing significant distress, not only to my family but to many other residents as well. I have personally witnessed this tenant harassing neighbors, spreading false information, and displaying inappropriate behavior, including using profane language in front of minors, including my children. This ongoing disturbance has made living in our community challenging, stressful, and fearful for the safety and well-being of our families.

There have been previous restraining orders issued due to her threatening behavior. Despite these legal measures, the harassment continues unabated. Moreover, this tenant has been implicated in violating section to our community living also misinforming children as a third-party, and even using third-parties to vandalize property, including tampering with vehicles that could result in hazardous situations.

The impact of this behavior reaches beyond personal grievances; it threatens the fundamental peace and safety of our community. Our neighborhood should be a sanctuary where families feel safe and respected without the fear of threats or intimidation, especially in front of our children.

We are calling on local authorities, property management, and law enforcement to take decisive action to address this situation effectively. Possible solutions include enforcing existing restraining orders more rigorously, conducting thorough investigations into the claims of vandalism and false information dissemination, and holding the offending tenant accountable for any violations of law and community standards.
