I am reaching out with a deep concern that affects not only me but also my neighbors in our community. We are dealing with a distressed situation involving harassment and violence, reportedly inflicted by tenants Brandy Wilson and DeMarcus Holmes, who reside in units 18 and 19. The safety and peace of our community are at risk, and it is imperative that this behavior is addressed immediately.

One particularly distressing incident occurred on August 16, 2025, when DeMarcus Holmes allegedly assaulted a minor living in apartment 6. This young girl, just 13 years old, has become visibly shaken and fearful, often retreating indoors whenever DeMarcus Holmes and Brandy Wilson are nearby. This environment has become incredibly toxic and damaging for us, as residents.  Then again on September 27,2025 when he attacked                   La Deann Ervine by spitting on her and grabbing her by the shirt collar. there are videos of other assaults that Demarcus Holmes assaulting other tenants

The issues span from violent attacks and false police reports to disruptive and obnoxious behavior in shared community spaces. Such actions not only breach the peace but endanger the well-being of all residents.

We, the affected tenants, are urgently calling upon Frank Martini and Ron, who manage our community, to intervene. We believe it is within your power to investigate these claims and facilitate a safe living environment. By taking appropriate action, such as initiating thorough investigations and enforcing community regulations, the integrity and security of our living spaces can be restored.
