To: Management of Stockland Greenhills Shopping Centre

We, the undersigned customers, workers, and community members, call upon the management of Stockland Greenhills Shopping Centre to take immediate and effective action against the ongoing harassment, intimidation, and abuse being perpetrated by groups of unruly teens in your centre.

Over recent months, there has been a noticeable increase in anti-social behaviour, including verbal abuse, physical intimidation, vandalism, shoplifting, and disruptions to businesses and customers. These behaviours have created an unsafe and unpleasant environment for shoppers, employees, and families who visit the centre.

We believe that every person should be able to shop and work in a safe and welcoming space, free from harassment and fear. We urge Stockland Greenhills Shopping Centre to implement stronger security measures, including proper bans, enforce stricter consequences for repeat offenders, and work with local law enforcement and community groups to address this escalating issue. Don't just pass the buck, be proactive in this, we need you on side telling the authorities what is really going on and demanding their assistance in this matter. Also clearer communication with the public regarding measures taken to improve safety in your shopping centre.

Stockland Greeenhills has a duty of care to all workers and customers of this centre, and it's only a matter time before a serious incident occurs, so please do the right thing by your community who supports your shopping centre and protect us.
