I am a self-respecting Vex main who would like a new skin for his favorite champion.

I think it's a good skin that will complement the skins lineup on PC. Vex hasn't had a skin for a year, and this champion is quite popular. Most Vex players want this skin for the PC version and some think it's even better than Dawnbringer.
WR is getting too much attention, it would be nice to have some WR skins on the PC version as well, not the other way around.

The Bewitching Vex skin is very cute, matching Vex in color scheme. Nice colors and well effects. By adding this skin you will please the fans of this champion!

There are many more reasons why this skin should be in the Big League.
