Add the Flag of Kurdistan as an Official Emoji

Add the Flag of Kurdistan as an Official Emoji
The Issue
We are over 70 million Kurds worldwide—an ancient, proud people with a unique language, culture, and identity. Yet, despite our rich heritage and vibrant presence, the flag of Kurdistan is not represented as an official emoji.
Emojis are more than just symbols—they are a universal language of identity and recognition in the digital age. Many marginalized groups and nations have their flags represented, but the Kurdish people remain unseen and unheard in this simple but powerful way.
We call on the Unicode Consortium, as well as tech giants like Apple, Google, and Microsoft, to officially include the Kurdistan flag emoji.
This small act of recognition means the world to us. It is not just a symbol on a keyboard; it is a statement that we exist, that our culture matters, and that our identity deserves to be seen and respected globally.
Please support this petition and help us gain this rightful acknowledgment.
