Add support for offline maps in Pokemon Go!

There was a recent rumor that if you downloaded maps in google maps for "offline use", Pokémon Go would use considerably less mobile data and battery.
After this was debunked by google engineer Sam Thorogood on twitter, i decided to create this petition to raise awareness around this "feature".
Please consider this solution Niantic, as it will make the game highly more user friendly for the users! We want to play more Pokémon Go without worrying about massive phone bills or dead batteries!
