Add Photosensitive/Epilepsy Warning to The Isle Legacy & Evrima

Add Photosensitive/Epilepsy Warning to The Isle Legacy & Evrima
The Issue
(Set to the US, but as this is a video game, it applies internationally, please help share to others and spread the word)
When The Isle devs released Evrima's first Night Vision, they were given countless reports of eye strain, headaches, and illness. Alongside these reports, I myself and some others experienced epileptic responses.
I spoke to a QA member in regards to my report, and also spoke with one of the devs, PunchPacket, within the first 5 days of release. I was told by PunchPacket during our conversation that they would be adding a photosensitive/epilepsy warning into the game, and that he thought it was already with the art team at the time.
It has now been 3 months since release, and there has still been no warning put in place.
(Edit, to be more specific: The original NV release was August 22. I made my report of my eye strain and headache that same evening. I had an epileptic episode that night/early morning, and made my report for it that day (August 23rd). I was contacted by a QA member *that same day*. I spoke to PunchPacket on August 27th.)
Though they have changed Evrima's Night Vision, I myself (and others I'm sure) still experience eye strain, headaches, or illness from it.
I myself will no longer be playing Evrima due to this, and will likely have to abandon the title all together soon enough, as Legacy will eventually be shut down.
It makes me sad to have to even make this petition. I gave the staff "props" for giving me the response so early-on that they would be adding the warning, only to be incredibly disappointed for it to still not be in place 3 months later.
In a post I made on Reddit about it, I had been thanked for making the post, as the individual had been considering buying the game themselves, but seeing my post, they chose not to - as they were epileptic themselves.
This is the sort of reason these warnings are important - so players can make an informed decision on playing a game at their own risk.
These warnings also protect the game devs themselves from civil suits because of these medical responses (i.e. my/other's reports of seizures).
Please consider signing this petition, to try and get them to add it finally. Thank you all so much!
