For President's Day, I couldn't help but think "Why do we spend an entire day (and currency) devoted to people who lived hundreds of years ago?" I believe we should shine a light on those still with us and who leave us with a lasting impact and legacy on our lives forever.

For that reason, I am starting a Change.org petition to have NICOLAS CAGE ON THE U.S. NICKEL and replace Thomas Jefferson. 

Where would our country be without Nicolas Cage? I don't even want to imagine what that world looks like. He is a majestic beauty of talent and charisma that should be cherished on our nickel.

Nicolas Cage is a hero, a gift from god and a national treasure. Let's honor him the way we know he deserves....AND REPLACE THOMAS JEFFERSON ON THE NICKEL WITH NICOLAS CAGE ONCE AND FOR ALL.
