If they want to sell more products they need to ADD KOSOVO on their country list, we no longer want to ship products to addresses other then ours. in the other side Kosovo is a country recognized by 85 other countries including U.S, E.U ,Japan, south Korea, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia, N.Z and many more, or from 7 countries in the G8 group.
We deserve to be presented as any other country in the world!
Also on Kosovo's declaration of independence International Court of Justice delivered its advisory opinion on 22 July 2010; by a vote of 10 to 4, it declared that "the declaration of independence of the 17 February 2008 did not violate general international law because international law contains no 'prohibition on declarations of independence'

What is stopping them to add Kosovo in their website country list?
