Living on Begur Road in Bengaluru, I experience the daily traffic chaos firsthand. Each day, hundreds of families like mine find themselves stuck on the congested roads, wishing for a quicker route to reach the bustling areas of Hosur Road, Electronic City Phase 2, HSR Layout and more. Not only would a new entry and exit point on the NICE Road expressway alleviate this traffic, but it would also bolster the business potential of Begur Road.

There is an existing overbridge on Begur-Koppa Road near the Eagle Ridge Resort with ample land surrounding it. This location presents a perfect opportunity to introduce an entry and exit exclusively for motorcycles and light vehicles. Implementing this proposal would directly benefit over 10,000 families residing in Begur, Yelenahalli, Akshaya Nagar, and Mylasandra. 

The potential reduction in traffic would make daily commutes to vital destinations like the Namma Metro Yellow Line, Kanakapura Road, Mysore Road, and Tumkur Road much more manageable. Additionally, easing travel logistics in this area would give a significant boost to local businesses, encouraging growth and enhancing the community's economic prosperity.

It's crucial to recognize the considerable positive impact this move would have on both daily commuters and the local economy. With this petition, we appeal to NICE Road Ltd and Karnataka PWD authorities to carefully evaluate this proposal and act on the potential benefits.
