1. Our Deaf and Hard of Hearing prospects are not able to understand what they are saying on Energy526.com because they can't hear from the video. Also, they can't hear the videos from Ambit University, too.

The National Association of the Deaf (NAD), the nation’s premier civil rights organization of deaf and hard of hearing individuals, announced the filing of a major federal lawsuit against Netflix today in U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, Western Division in Springfield, MA. The lawsuit charges the entertainment giant with violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by failing to provide closed captioning for most of its “Watch Instantly” movies and television streamed on the Internet. Also, our competitor, Ignite does provide closed captioning on the video.

We as Deaf and Hard of Hearing community want Ambit Energy to add captions on all videos on energy526.com and Ambit University to be able to understand better and be comprehensive.  In doing so, Deaf and Hard of Hearing prospect will be able to provide more information and thereby present more interests in gathering both future Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing consultants.
