My family lives on Gilmartin Drive, and it can be a very long hassle to get to school and work because of the traffic on Tiburon Blvd since no one stops. The intersection between Tiburon Blvd and Gilmartin Dr. is dangerous due to the lack of a stop sign, causing frequent near-misses and endangering pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers alike.

Adding a stop sign would significantly improve safety by regulating traffic flow and reducing speeding incidents. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), intersections with proper signage see up to 50% fewer accidents.
