People are constantly using emojis everyday to communicate through pictures. Just recently, I found myself in need of an emoji of a lime. So I went up to the search bar and typed “lime”. One result came up, a lemon. I sent my message with the lemon instead of the lime, and my friend did not understand the meaning. I find it peculiar that the vast variety of food emojis does not contain a lime, and I think that the addition of such would be a great idea. With an added lime, people will be able to more easily communicate their thoughts relating the citrusy fruit.
