We have certain areas in our town that are not allowed to get home mail delivery. We have all sorts of problems with the post office here in Pecatonica either sending mail back or just not delivering it by the 11:00 deliver time. Please everyone that is forced to have a P.O. Box and not the convenience of home delivery please sign as this petition will be going to our federal representatives.
