Appealing for unjustified bans on Call Of Duty Modern Warfare / Warzone
The Issue
There are many users getting banned from the anti cheat system on COD.
There is no option for users to appeal, on support page.

Game ( Call Of Duty Modern Warfare) > Platform > Topic ( Security and Enforcement) > Issue (Temporary / Permanent ban)
Answers are
"Temporary and permanent suspensions from all game modes are final and are not subject to review. Activision Support cannot assist with or answer questions about enforcements."
The problem here is many are getting hammered for their skills and no live support are entertained to users having issues.
On Community forum
There are many sounding off their own personal experience and speculating on why they got banned and ambassador of Activision community forum are clarifying the details of possible ways that we got banned. The problem is (I personally do not use MOD / Hack on the game. I believe it should be purely skills. Then live streaming with OBS on twitch is just for fun, using discord to communicate with my fellow peers while gaming is much more enjoyable, it's to pass time during the lockdown in my area.)

Yup same thing happened to me , i got banned on 25/04/2020, I think people can sue Activision/InfinityWard for this.

to add : DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME QUEUEING FOR LIVE CHAT SUPPORT , I WASTED 3 HOURS TO JUST GET SAME REPLY EVERY SINGLE TIME.
There has been many topic about this and Activision is still not doing anything to help unjustified banned users.
We supported the game by purchasing which is estimated $80USD +- depending on period and if there is sales. We played legitimately and got ban hammered for nothing.
Some user used Discord / OBS to communicate / stream online therefore suspected it was the case of their ban.
This petition is just to raise this topic up to Activision support team to enable an appeal option for unjustified bans so they can look into the false banned as soon as possible. Activision claim that
"Each ban is looked into by the security team and then is made final"
If that's the case, for my ban that I experienced is
Went into battle Royale with my friends, my fellow friend got disconnected, so we left the game, upon leaving I was promoted "unable to connect to server" so I exit the game, then relaunched it, less than 20 seconds of period I got permanent banned.
That doesn't make sense.
To add on if nothing is done many are suspecting that Activision is making use of this ban feature to get consumer to buy another time therefore profiting off consumer over and over, which is totally a scam and I believe legal action can and must be taken against Activision.
