You may or may not be aware Transformers:FoC has been included, in the Activison Weekend Sale on Steam (Week beginning 11/04/16).

Transformers:FoC hasn't had accessible servers(and there has been little-to-none assistance in replying to active issues, within the game-holders community forums; such as -- activision support & community section, steam community discussions, twitter and facebook). The common denomination; is that the servers are available for anyone who purchased the game soon after the release date (August 21, 2012). This maybe the case.
