In 2005, Activision released an open-world, western, third-person shooter titled "GUN", developed by now defunct game developers Neversoft, who are now mostly part of Call of Duty developer Infinity Ward. The game was well received and sold well. In 2008, in Activision and Neversoft released "Tony Hawk's Proving Ground" and within that game there was a poster that had a character from "GUN", Thomas Magruder, and a title stating "GUN 2: Magruder's Ghost." All seemed to be forgotten until in 2013, inside of Infinity Ward-developed game "Call of Duty: Ghosts", there was a poster featuring the same character from GUN and reading simply "GUN 2." It seems Activision, Neversoft, and Infinity Ward clearly remember the 2005 game. "GUN" was and still is to this day one of my most favorite video games. Based on the success of Rockstar's 2010 open-world western, "Red Dead Redemption" and the constant demand of a sequel from their fans, a market for these games is still clearly open. In order to get Activision to know that fans haven't forgotten about Colton White and his journeys in "GUN", we need to let them know that we want it. Help me get a much-deserved sequel made.
