Port Hulk: Ultimate Destruction to modern systems

The Issue

Hulk: Ultimate Destruction was released in 2005 by Radical Entertainment and published by Activision for the PS2, Gamecube, and the original Xbox. The player played as The Incredible Hulk in a giant sandbox environment where nearly everything could be destroyed, from tiny cars to humongous buildings owned by the evil Emil Blonsky. The story followed Bruce Banner as he gathered resources to build a device to cure himself of the evil inside of him, while Emil Blonsky found himself becoming The Abomination, giving in to his own inner demons. It was very well recieved, going down in history as greatest Incredible Hulk game ever made, if not the greatest Marvel superheroes game ever made. With how great it was, it's sad to see it slowly become forgotten as modern technology moves onward, completely losing backwards compatibility and going digital. This petition kindly asks that the game be re-released on the modern generation of consoles, including the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and maybe the PC, too.

While Radical lost the rights to The Incredible Hulk, leading to the Prototype series, I'd like to ask that Marvel, who owns the Hulk, allow the game to be released permanently for the modern systems, with Activision and Radical Entertainment, the original creators of the game, to do the port.
