Action to improve GP surgeries in Meon Health Practice

Action to improve GP surgeries in Meon Health Practice
The Issue
Meon Health Practice provides primary care services to approximately 39,000 people who are registered with in the local Fareham, Titchfield, Whiteley and surrounding areas. The Practice has three surgery locations from which they offer various services:
Highlands – 102 Highlands Road, Fareham, PO15 5JF
Jubilee – Barry’s Meadow, High Street, Titchfield, PO14 4EH
Whiteley – Yew Tree Drive, Whiteley, PO15 7LB
the Aim of this petition is to highlight how dissatisfied the registered patients are with the inadequate quality of the services offered by Meon Health which was formerly sovereign Healthcare
whilst in its infancy the campaign Group will continue to seek change by lobbying council leaders, Healthcare professionals and if we need to parliament.
the start of the action starts here with this petition and will have 3 clear objectives.
- Demand an urgent review on how the group run the surgeries
- Demand answers of where our GP’s have gone and why there are no appointments yet the buildings are empty with no GP’s
- Demand change from Meon health practice to prevent the incompetence and mistreatment of the residents of the 3 areas it serves
people like Mrs X misdiagnosed with lung cancer and being told to get some heat rub from the pharmacy as she had a pain in her back
or Mr A who could not get an appointment to see his GP for weeks after phoning day after day and eventually was rushed into hospital
Mrs z who tried every morning to get an appointment everyday at 0800 and after 5 days was told she probably had a head cold and go to the pharmacy only to be rushed into hospital with dangerously low blood pressure and irregular heart beat.
the list of these stories goes on and on Enough is Enough NOW is the time to change this and it starts with this petition please sign this and support Action against Meon health practice
