Acknowledge the Positive Impacts and Dedication at Credena Pharmacy
The Issue
To the Leadership of Credena Health Pharmacy and Swedish Health System,
I am writing to share my deep, heartfelt commitment to Credena Health Pharmacy and the Swedish Health System over the past 3.5 years. This time has been a journey of passion, growth, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in everything I do. As I reflect on my experience here, it is with immense pride that I recognize the personal relationships I’ve built, the unwavering dedication I’ve shown, and the uncompromising character I’ve demonstrated as a pharmacist in serving both our patients and the larger healthcare team.
From day one, I made a conscious decision to be not just a pharmacist, but the kind of pharmacist who would be remembered—not for what I’ve done alone, but for how I’ve gone above and beyond for every single patient, colleague, and provider I’ve worked with. My commitment to excellence is not just about completing tasks with precision, but about showing up with an attitude of service every single day. Whether it was a small prescription review or a complex discharge medication consultation, I approached it all with the same level of care and dedication, never compromising on quality.
I’ve always believed that the foundation of great patient care is built on relationships, and that philosophy has guided me through every step of my time at Swedish. I’ve had the privilege of developing meaningful relationships with the incredible staff at Swedish First Hill and Cherry Hill, from residents and providers to nurses, case managers, students, and every team member I’ve encountered. These relationships are not just professional; they are personal, built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to delivering the best care possible. I have always made it my mission to be someone they can rely on, someone who will never say “no” and will always find a way to help, no matter the circumstance.
Throughout my time here, I have strived to be the very best pharmacist anyone has ever interacted with at Swedish Health System—whether that was stepping in as the go-to pharmacist for discharge medications or making sure every patient leaves the hospital not just with the medications they need, but with a clear understanding of their treatment plan. I understand that these moments are critical to a patient’s recovery and well-being, and I have always given my absolute best to ensure that patients feel supported, safe, and informed.
But it doesn’t stop there. My commitment to this organization runs deeper than just patient care. I have spent countless hours working behind the scenes to improve workflows, create efficiencies, and contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy team. It’s been my personal mission to ensure that Credena Health Pharmacy is not just a service, but the standard of care for outpatient medications in the Seattle area. Every effort I’ve made—from optimizing systems to implementing new workflows—has been driven by the desire to elevate the pharmacy department to new heights and to leave a lasting impact on the Swedish Health System.
What sets me apart, and what I believe truly defines my character as a pharmacist, is my unwavering commitment to never settle for “good enough.” I don’t just meet expectations; I strive to exceed them every single day. I am deeply committed to going the extra mile, whether it means staying late to resolve an issue, helping a colleague with a difficult task, or personally ensuring that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve. My passion for patient care has always been fueled by a deep-seated belief that each individual deserves nothing but the best—and I’ve made it my mission to be that person for them.
In everything I do, I seek to embody the values of trust, integrity, and excellence. I do not take my role lightly. I understand that each decision I make can impact a patient’s health and recovery, and I approach every task with a deep sense of responsibility. I am proud of the trust I have earned from my colleagues, and I am equally proud of the confidence my patients have placed in me. Every day I strive to show up as the very best version of myself—because that’s what I believe the patients and the Swedish Health System deserve.
As I look back on my 3.5 years with Credena Health Pharmacy, I am incredibly proud of what I have accomplished. But I also know that the work is far from over. My passion and drive remain stronger than ever. I am more committed today than ever before to being the very best pharmacist I can be, for every patient I encounter and for every colleague I work alongside. I humbly ask that the leadership of Credena Health Pharmacy and the Swedish Health System recognize my commitment, my character, and my relentless pursuit of excellence.
Thank you for your time, your consideration, and for allowing me to be part of this remarkable organization. Please sign this petition to recognize the value I have provided to the Swedish Health System over the past 3.5 years.
